C|Smart:
C|Smart is a power cable management system built for facility and data center managers who need to:

  • Direct cable installations
  • Manage power cable distribution
  • Generate accurate panel schedules

C|Smart eliminates many issues and common errors that arise from manual data entry and ensures compliance with standards established and enforced by the National Electric Code. The base system is built for use with Pocket PC handheld devices and capitalizes on contact memory - small, rugged brass "buttons" with memory chips sealed inside. Data center and facility personnel will have immediate access to reliable cable and panel data while on the data center floor and at their desktop.

MAINTAIN:
MAINTAIN is a Windows-based application that helps field service engineers easily commission and maintain critical equipment and manage key equipment-related data.

MAINTAIN utilizes contact memory technology (small brass "buttons" with memory chips sealed inside) to store important equipment data (start up procedures, safety bulletins, field service reports, PM schedules) physically ON THE ASSET. The MAINTAIN software supports the service and repair process, providing engineers access to the most current equipment maintenance information while they are standing in front of the equipment they are servicing.

  • Start-up testing forms
  • Installation instructions
  • Safety Alerts

M.POWER:
M.POWER is an enhanced version of MAINTAIN that is customized for the Power Plant Industry. In addition to the maintenance capabilities of the original application, M.POWER adds many powerful features to allow power plant technicians to performs their tasks quicker, safer, and less expensively. Having immediate access to a historic asset parameters, maintenance records, asset diagrams, and field notes, technicians have all the information they need while at the asset to make intelligent and safe decisions, reducing the overall Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

Some of the advanced features of M.POWER include:

  • Custom Asset Header data, unique to the specific piece of equipment the Contact Memory Button is attached to.
  • Asset Detail page containing a complete change history of all asset settings and parameters.
  • Custom Periodic Maintenance forms that guide the technician through the maintenance process.
  • Synchronization of maintenance forms with office server and/or database.
  • Generation of HTML reports based on archived maintenance procedures.
